Work on replacement of business processes continues. Output Management and Workload Scheduler processes have targeted November as completion date. Progress on moving file transfer jobs is ending and will be complete when the new Registry is implemented. The reporting spooler for mainframe print has seen a definite decline in traffic as the team works with campus users and some of the print traffic will go away with the move of SAP production from DB2 platform to HANA. Data retention is ongoing and will be addressed at the back end of the project.
NeSIS is developing a single data integration for all 5 University campuses to feed data into Maxient, the new code of conduct/behavior record application.
Data feed specifications are currently being developed.
Review, recommend and implement a new hardware platform and associated software components that supports the functions and services currently housed and processed on the MVS Enterprise Server. This effort includes the conversion of the current MVS / DB2 platform used for the transactional SAP system, as well as all of the technical processes that support the SAP database platform. It also includes all software and integration processes provided on the MVS Server.
This project has been rolled into the SAP ECC HANA Implementation project which is located under the Collaborative ITS Portfolio section.
Improve look and functionality for the Nebraska.edu website using new branding. The website will be multi-device accessible and align with the University's goals and marketing objectives.
Offices and Policies area is being developed. Project is in an amber state due to resource time to review and edit content from the old website to fit the current design.
Implement two-factor authentication for faculty and staff with access to high-risk data elements as defined by the data governance committee.

Two-Factor testing is taking place in the NeSIS non-production instances. Weekly meetings are taking place with NeSIS, IDM and campus representatives to formulate a communication plan. Go-live is scheduled for October 30th.
Implement the HANA database for the SAP Business Warehouse to comply to SAP's database support roadmap.
