Work on replacement of business processes is near completion. IBM Workload Scheduler migration was completed on November 26, 2017. Output management migration from Webtop to Navigator took place on December 5, 2017. The two systems ran parallel for two weeks with final cut over to Navigator on December 20, 2017. File transfer jobs are complete as well as the move off DB2 legacy systems. The reporting spooler for mainframe print has seen a definite decline in traffic as the team works with campus users. Team focus will move to data retention.
NeSIS is developing a single data integration for all 5 University campuses to feed data into Maxient, the new code of conduct/behavior record application.
Improve look and functionality for the Nebraska.edu website using new branding. The website will be multi-device accessible and align with the University's goals and marketing objectives.
Offices and Policies area is being developed. Project is in an amber state due to resource time to review and edit content from the old website to fit the current design.
Implement two-factor authentication for faculty and staff with access to high-risk data elements as defined by the data governance committee.

Two-Factor authentication has been implemented in the NeSIS system for individuals with access to high-risk data. The next phases are being defined and discussed with the NeSIS teams.
Restructure and implement a responsive design throughout the University of Nebraska High School website that will improve the user experience.
